I work at the intersection of technology, people, and systems. With a strong foundation in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity, I also specialize in helping teams adopt tools, processes, and decision-making frameworks that actually work in practice. My focus is on building secure, scalable environments and enabling people to use them effectively.

I began my career providing frontline IT support—troubleshooting systems, maintaining network connectivity, and improving collaboration through centralized file storage. This grounding shaped my approach: practical, user-focused, and outcome-driven. I also  supported enterprise software deployments, system upgrades, and advanced troubleshooting in structured environments.

I have hands-on experience managing cloud environments and identity platforms, including Azure and Entra ID. My work includes designing and maintaining network infrastructure, configuring servers, VPNs, and VoIP systems across multiple locations, and strengthening security posture through firewall optimization and cybersecurity monitoring. I’ve supported large, distributed user bases while maintaining reliability, security, and performance.
